JA Young Women’s Leadership Summit empowers young women from local high schools in a transformative mentoring experience, one that encourages them to learn new skills, explore careers, dream big and prepare to lead!

Event includes a panel discussion with women leaders in our community including, engaging breakout sessions, a networking lunch, and visits to businesses in the Paychex JA Discovery Center to connect with human resource managers from each business.
